WHAT IS A FEASIBILITY REPORT?
A feasibility report is a preliminary compliance assessment of the proposed construction/renovation works.
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
The report looks into at a high level whether the construction/renovation will be viable by assessing the likely consulting time, costs involved alongside any potential compliance risks or restrictions.
When you are building your own home or undertaking a renovation that requires a consent, the report is beneficial. It will allow for you to start your project with a fair amount of knowledge on what is required from you to successfully complete it.
WHAT DOES THE REPORT DO?
Minimise risk. Reduce financial exposure. Know about possible complications.
IS IT FREE?
Yes, the high level architectural feasibility report and cost estimate is free.
No obligation to proceed further. Limited to one per person. Additional feasibility reports will be charged extra. Applies only to Auckland, New Zealand.
